Taste of Ink Studios, Inc. and Taste of Ink Studios Website Design, Inc., herein referred as Taste of Ink Studios, Inc. provides the following company policies and procedures for assistance and/or guidance. Daily, we develop and continually sustain professional relationships with new and existing companies world-wide. Our overall passion is to provide innovative design, defining content, and an appealing printed brand that will highlight the smallest company in the most competitive industry.
Taste of Ink Studios, Inc. policies are to inform customers of company guidelines and procedures. Under all circumstances Taste of Ink Studios, Inc. and Taste of Ink Studios Website Design, Inc. has the right to act on accordance with company procedures and policies. By using www.TasteofInkStudios.com website, you are consenting to our privacy policy. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page without notice.
Print Department - Policy 1
Policy 1.1
Taste of Ink Studios, Inc. recommends that customers carefully review all submitted print files to prohibit error. We are not responsible for low quality print files (bad color, poor lighting, and/or low resolution less than 300dpi) uploaded by a customer. However, Taste of Ink Studios does review every print file prior to print. Also, a digital proof is sent for approval to confirm orders and begin production.
Policy 1.2
Taste of Ink Studios, Inc. contains a print department that prints both cmyk and pantone ink printing. CYMK printing includes silk printed products and plastic printed products. Pantone ink printing includes suede printed products and cotton print products.
Policy 1.3
CMYK printing can/will adjust 1%-5% in color due to large print runs (multiple sets) being printed and adjusted at the same time. If you have questions, please ask a Taste of Ink Studios representative before an official print approval has been submitted for production.
Policy 1.4
Taste of Ink Studios, Inc. is not responsible for low quality print files (bad color, poor lighting, and/or low resolution) uploaded by a customer. We recommend that customers carefully review all submitted print files to prohibit error.
Policy 1.5
If the customer discovers what they believe is a print defect, please send an email to print@tasteofinkstudios.com with a description of the print defect and a visible photo clearly showing the defect. Our print department will review the email and after careful evaluation, we will consider the reprint.
Policy 1.6
Taste of Ink Studios, Inc. does not permit the refund of any print product once the item has been ordered (via web, email, or phone).
Design Department - Policy 2
Policy 2.1
Taste of Ink Studios, Inc. custom design will follow company procedures at all time: high level of design, the correct number of revisions, and the expected turn-around time. Thus, custom TOI Design that is ordered is non refundable. Our design process provides for customer satisfaction and design approval within the allotted time and number of revisions.
Policy 2.2
Taste of Ink Studios, Inc. provides official revisions to assist clients in the design process. Our passion is to create successful logo design, custom print design, and interactive website design. Official revisions are used only for small modifications, typographic edits, color palette changes, and additions to the provided design (proofs). A revisions does not include a complete re-design or additional designs (proofs) provided to the customer (client).
Policy 2.3
Custom design (proofs) that are not selected as the final design (use of ownership) will be considered property of Taste of Ink Studios, Inc. and can be utilized for other purposes.
Policy 2.4
Taste of Ink Studios, Inc. requests all information and content (consisting of but not limited to photography, copywriting, videos, etc.) necessary to begin an interactive website design project. It should be assumed that proposed dates and time-lines will enter into effect once all requested project materials have been received by Taste of Ink Studios, Inc. In some cases Taste of Ink Studios, Inc. will begin a project prior to receipt of the aforementioned content. In these cases, the client will be notified of the commencement of work.
Policy 2.5
Taste of Ink Studios, Inc. may also request additional content from the client. In the case the content is not supplied in a reasonable and prudent time, the project could/will be placed on hold status.
Policy 2.6
Taste of Ink Studios, Inc. will not be held accountable for any missed deadlines due in situations where requested materials/actions from a client have not been fulfilled.
Policy 2.7
If a designed file or project has been on hold for over 12 months, the file is immediately closed. However, the client may request assets at any time. This includes: logo design, business card design, brochure design, letterhead design, envelope design, etc... Please note that communication is not considered a revision. A revision includes multiple proofs being sent to the client. The design project may be reopened by purchasing another project after review. Taste of Ink Studios may terminate a project completely if deeded appropriate. This may occur for any of the following reasons: abrasive language or poor communication.

Taste of Ink Studios, Inc. collected information from clients such as: name, address, email, phone number, etc.. is strictly used to build client / designer relationships, personalize the experience, and/or to process payments.

Taste of Ink Studios, Inc. does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Taste of Ink Studios, Inc. reserves the right to do any of the following, at any time, without notice: (1) to modify, suspend or terminate operation or access to Taste of Ink Studios, Inc., or to any portion of Taste of Ink Studios, Inc. website, for any reason, and (2) to interrupt the operation of Taste of Ink Studios, Inc., or any portion of the Taste of Ink Studio, Inc. website as necessary to perform routine or non-routine maintenance, website updates, error correction, or any other changes.

Taste of Ink Studios, Inc. is located in the art district of Scottsdale, Arizona. The corporate address is 7150 East Camelback Rd. Suite 444 Scottsdale, AZ 85251. This location includes Taste of Ink Studios, Inc. customer service department, artwork processing department, and design department. All design and print orders are organized, processed, and managed within the USA. Depending on the complexity of the print product - the Taste of Ink Studios, Inc. print department prints through multiple locations in the USA and overseas in China.
